The 2019 Manufacturing Summit will feature six demonstration exhibits and pavilions on the trade show floor by Gold Sponsors:

Vermont Tech Advanced Manufacturing Laboratory Exhibit
The Vermont Tech Interactive Exhibit will feature students and faculty demonstrating some of the cutting-edge technology that has recently been added to their comprehensive manufacturing lab spaces. Students will also be displaying some of their senior capstone design projects, which have been a cornerstone of Mechanical, Electrical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology programs for years.
Vermont Technical College is the only Vermont state college offering a four year Bachelors of Science degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. In only its second year, this major offers both traditional and non-traditional students the opportunity to pursue careers with high skills and a large number of jobs.
At Vermont Tech, learners are prepared to enter and excel in careers in areas such as advanced manufacturing, process and system design, operations and management, and lean manufacturing and quality assurance. Topics including materials and manufacturing processes; product design process, tooling, and assembly; manufacturing systems, automation, and operations; and statistics, quality and continuous improvement, and industrial organization and management are all incorporated into the curriculum
Vermont Tech offers a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology. This new and innovative program is a direct response to employer needs and prepares students to tap career paths in manufacturing and areas such as:
- Automation, Assembly and packaging, Lean manufacturing, Management, Material and manufacturing process, Operations, Product and system design, Quality control and quality assurance through continuous improvement, Statistics and Tooling.
